I am Justin Lake, the Director and Founder of Think Numbers. I have spent more than twenty years in commercial finance and operations, working across six industries in roles that shaped how businesses plan, analyse and make decisions. Over that time I have led major system upgrades, built forecasting and reporting platforms and helped organisations redesign the way their data and processes work.
I started Think Numbers to solve a problem I saw everywhere. Businesses needed someone who could speak finance and build systems. They needed strategic thinking paired with technical execution. Most teams had one side but not the other. Think Numbers exists to bridge that gap so companies can operate with clarity instead of wrestling with broken processes and scattered data.
As a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on delivery. I take a platform-agnostic approach and focus entirely on what will work best for your business and your team.
